Our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility has been upgraded to provide a highly controlled environment designed to filter out dust, microbes, vapors, and particles.
By maintaining precise temperature, humidity, and airflow, our improved facilities prevent contamination during our production of sensitive chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech materials.
Through the use of HEPA filters and strict protocols, such as specialised suits, we ensure maximum product purity and safety.
Key Features:
Air Filtration: We use HEPA/ULPA filters to remove airborne contaminants with controlled airflow to flush out particles.
Environmental Control: We ensure regulated temperature, humidity, pressure, and lighting to specific levels.
Particle Control: Meeting ISO 3 and 7 standards to dictate the maximum particles allowed per cubic meter. We can provide certification to support standards provided.
Containment: Ability to prevent external pollutants from entering while ensuring hazardous chemicals do not escape the room.
Our clean room supplies, packs and blends acids, alkalis, performance etches, cleaners and developers to BP, NF, AR, Electronic, VLSI & ULSI standards.
The environment in which our products are packaged is designed to maintain product integrity and ensure compliance with ISO 14644 clean-room and associated controlled environments.
Full analytical support is provided capable of measurements to <1ppb. Purity levels using inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP). Other equipment includes Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, Anton Paar Digital Density Meter DMA 501, Anton Paar - Portable Density Meter DMA 35. The facility operates an accredited Integrated Management System incorporating ISO 9000 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
