Stubble Digester / Thatch Degrader

Plater Bio has developed two products that lead to the rapid breakdown of organic matter in soils.

This is of particular importance in two key sectors; arable crops and turf. 

Stubble Digester

Use on arable crops after harvest to quicken the breakdown of residues which impede cultivation and lock up nutrients. Particularly useful for no-till or min-till farms.

Thatch Degrader

Use on amenity and sports turf, where thatch build-up negatively impacts the quality and establishment of fine playing surfaces.

Both products are exclusive to Plater Bio and utilize our in-house carboxylic acid technology.

Unlike microbial products, Plater Bio's products do not require specialist application equipment and they can be used in any weather condition.
